Outline
This page will guide you through the steps of navigating to the Content Forms and then how to create,Delete,Publish/Unpublish Forms.
STEP 1: Click on Forms
Select the Content menu option from the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. Click on Forms from the drop-down on the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. Click on a form from the list for the next step.

STEP 2: Review form details
You can review the details of the form on this page by clicking on any of the forms from the main form list.

STEP 3: Create a new form
You can always create a new form using
the option “New” with the drop-down present on the top right corner of the page.

STEP 4: Add Form Details
We can start filling the required details in the field:

The final category Review would help us to review the whole summary of the form with the attached content. Press the back arrow if you want to change any details. Click on the Save button to create a new document.

STEP 7: Delete Form
Click on the ‘Dustbin’ from the top right corner of the page. This is to delete a form and will prompt a warning modal.

STEP 8: Publish/Unpublish
You have an option to Publish/Unpublish the form using the option present ton top right corner.
Published forms are visible on pathways whereas unpublished forms are not.
