Outline
This page will guide you through the steps of navigating to the Content Questionnaire and then how to create, Delete, Publish/Unpublish Questionnaire.
STEP 1: Naviage to the Questionnaire
Select the Content menu option from the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. Click on the Questionnaire from the drop-down on the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. Click on a Questionnaire from the list for the next step.

STEP 2: Review Questionnaire details
You can review the details of the Questionaire by clicking on any one of the questionnaire from the main questionnaire list.

STEP 4: Add Questionnaire Details
We can start filling the required details in the field:

Don’t publish Questionnaire: If you want the Questionnaire not to be published.

STEP 5: Add Content
We can attach the required .JSON content to the Questionnaire in this field.

The Content Menu
Click this area to begin uploading your .json file. This will open a dialogue box to find a .json file on your computer. Select the desired .json file and then upload it.

STEP 5A: Review your uploaded .JSON

STEP 6: Review the created Questionnaire
The final category Review would help us to review the whole summary of the questionnaire with the attached content. Press the back arrow if you want to change any details. Click on the Save button to create a new Questionnaire.

STEP 7: Edit questionnaire
Use the ‘edit’ option on top-right corner to edit the details of the questionnaire and save the changes made.

STEP 8: Delete Questionnaire
Click on the ‘Dustbin’ from the top right corner of the page. This is to delete a Questionnaire and will prompt a warning modal.

STEP 9: Preview Questionnaire
You can preview the forms present in the Content section of the questionnaire, by opening the json file.

You can Publish/Unpublish the Questionnaire using the option present on the top right corner.
