3. Why can’t I see my rules in the Pathway Wizard

Additional rules and pathways are also Language sensitive. If you have created a pathway in English then the rules displayed will be automatically filtered for English rules. You would need to change the language filter in the menu bar of the rules list to see rules in other languages. The best practice is always to match the Pathway language with Rule language.

4. I am not receiving the verification code on my phone while logging into the dashboard?

  • Make sure there is a good network connectivity on phone to receive the message

  • Make sure that the dashboard is connected to Internet of good bandwidth

  • You have provided the phone number in the correct format at the time of registration

  • Restart your device
