You can delete the questionnaire in two ways:

1. Click on the ‘Dustbin’ from the top trash button present ton top-right corner of the page. This is to delete a Questionnaire and will prompt a warning modal.Prompt being the questionnaire as shown in the below image. A Prompt message would be displayed. Pressing OK will delete the message.
