STEP 1: Overview of the created patient

STEP 4: App access

The access details of the patient’s account are displayed here and the dashboard user will be able to give access to patients and send them the access code.

invitation can be sent again to the unregistered patients by using the “Resend invite” button. The account can be activated/deactivated as well.

STEP 5: Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

You would be able to see which documents were accepted by the patient users along with acceptance history here.

Click on the “Read Mobile app Global Terms of Use” button to preview the Terms and conditions.

Click on the “Read Mobile app Global Privacy policy” button to preview the Privacy policy.

STEP 6: Edit Hospital details

The Hospital Admin user and Professional User has the ability to edit the patient’s details. Choose the patient that you want to edit. Click on the “Edit” button present on the top-right corner. You can make the necessary changes and “Save” it.
