The “Form Response” page displays your responses to a previous form entry.
Overview
1. Form Title - The title of the form.
2. New entry - Tap on the button to be directed to the create a new form entry page.
3. All Entries - Tap on the button to view a list of all entries for this form.
4. Navigational buttons - Cycle forwards and backwards in time through your entries for this form.
Completing Another Form Entry
To complete a form, tap on New Entry. You will need to answer all mandatory questions. When you are ready, tap the Submit button at the bottom of the page (you may need to scroll down to see the button).
