This outlines the Super Admin dashboard feature of Dashboard Users using which Super Admin users can create both Hospital admin users and Professional users based on a particular hospital they belong to.
STEP 1: Navigate to Dashboard users from the Super Admin dashboard
Login to the dashboard as a super admin user. From the dashboard, select the Administration menu option from the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. Click on the Dashboard users from the drop-down on the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. This would list all the hospital admins and professional users with the hospital they belong to.
STEP 2: Create New Dashboard User
Click on the “New Dashboard user” button which is located on the top-right corner of the page to create a new hospital admin or professional user.
STEP 3: Create a Hospital admin
1. This is another way to create a hospital admin from the Super admin dashboard. Select the User Type here as “Hospital admin”.
2. Select the Hospital name from the drop-down which lists all the hospital that is created using the steps 7.2 How to invite a new hospital admin-Super Admin
3. Fill the User details- First Name, Last Name, E-mail address. Click on “Submit Dashboard authentication” and an email with authentication code will be sent to the hospital admin.
4. You can then follow the 7.4 Hospital Admin features to register and login to the hospital admin dashboard.
STEP 4: Create a Professional User
Click on the “New Dashboard user” button which is located on the top-right corner of the page to create a new hospital admin or professional user.
1. Select “Professional User” from the drop-down as the “User-Type”.
2. Select the Hospital name from the drop-down which lists all the hospital that is created using the steps 7.2 How to invite a new hospital admin-Super Admin
3. Fill the User details- First Name, Last Name, E-mail address. Click on “Submit dashboard invitation”, and authentication code will be sent to the Professional users over an email.
4. You can then follow the 7.4 Hospital Admin features to register and login to the Professional User dashboard.
