The App Toolbar features at the bottom of an app. The Toolbar will appear on every page of the app regardless of whether a user in the library screen, browsing a document or deleting a document. Enabling an App Toolbar allows you to connect your other websites or emails from inside your app to increase levels of engagement and interaction.

The App Toolbar features down the bottom of the app. Some of its features include:

  • Link to websites
  • Link to email
  • Utilizes Internal App Browser so users are always inside the app
  • Icon only
  • Text only
  • Unlimited - there can be as many toolbar links as you want


  1. Links must be a website OR email address
  2. App must have App Toolbar feature enabled
