10.1 Global Metrics

Outline

This outlines the review hub > Global metrics , what is the use of this metrics and the kind of information it includes.


Step 1: Navigate to Global Metrics

Log into Hospital Admin dashboard. Go to “Review hub” and select “Global” from the left menu bar as shown in the below screenshot.

 

Global Metrics helps to gain an understanding of the total users - dashboard users or app users , number of pathways assigned to the users, number of content used by the pathways and the total data requests raised by the users. it has the below categories:

  1. Users

  2. Pathways

  3. Content

  4. Data Requests

Let’s see each category under Global Metrics in detail:


Users

1.1 The global metrics>users would give the number of dashboard users, app users, total content used and the data requests raised by these users. Refer the below screenshot.

 

1.2 This provides the all users metrics as shown in the below screenshot. All users include hospitals, patients, hospital admin, Professional users, and languages. Refer the below screenshot for the same:

1.3 The users section of the Global metrics includes dashboard users metric which gives the total number of invitations sent , number of users whose registration is still pending, and the percentage of users who has completed the registration using the invite code as shown in the below screenshot.


Pathways

You can navigate to the pathway section of the Global metrics by clicking the “Pathways” category in “Review hub>Global” as shown in the below screenshot.

This section gives the metric on the number of pathways that are assigned to the users.


Content

You can navigate to the Content section of the Global metrics by clicking the “Content” category in “Review hub>Global” as shown in the below screenshot.

Content will be having two columns. One column has all the different type of contents(document, videos, forms, etc). Another column will have the number of content present with respect to their content types. Refer the below screenshot.

 


Data Requests

You can navigate to the Data Requests section of the Global metrics by clicking the “Data Requests” category in “Review hub>Global” as shown in the below screenshot.

This gives the metric on the total data request raised by the users which can be copy of data / deletion of data. It gives information on the number of outstanding requests as well.
