Updating Pathways and it's impacts
The pathways are assigned to the patients, after which the pathway is updated with the new content. In this case, the updates will show up for the patients in future stages. The current and the pasts stages will have the old version of the pathway as these stages are already triggered and can’t be revoked.
The pathways are updated with the new content even before assigning it to the patient. In this case, the patient should be able to see the updated content in all the stages without any issues.
If you are updating the document which belongs to the pathway with some additional changes. Make sure to create a new version of the document and then publish it so that the changes are reflected both on dashboard and app.
As a hospital admin, I can archive the pathways which are assigned to the patients. Doing so, the rules belonging to this pathway won’t be executed. Doing so, you won’t be able to update your journey to this archived pathway from the app.
If the pathway is assigned to the patient and the user is in stage 1. If you try adding a new content(not updating the content in stage1 but adding an additional content) for the same stage1, then it will be still reflected in the app and dashboard.
