How to check Pathway progress for a patient?

There are 2 ways to check the Pathway progress of a patient -

‘Pathway Progress’ column:

This column shows you the information on the current stage of the primary pathway of the patient. So, if the patient is on multiple pathways, this column will only show you the current stage of the 1st pathway (primary pathway) the patient was attached to when they were invited.

Eg:

Open

Patient’s Journey:

1. Open patient details and go to ‘Journey’

   Open

   

    

2. There will be dropdown that will open listing all the pathways that the patient is on on the under ‘Journey’ on the left and you will see a timeline of all things triggered on the right. Click on the pathway that you want to see the progress for.

    

3. Once you click on a pathway, you will see all that things that are triggered (green pill) and all the ones that are left (grey pill). The highlighted column represents the current stage.
