How to change a document name so that it appears in the app for a patient?
Go to Ubiquity dashboard → Open the document and create a new version
Once the new version is created, go to ‘Configure’, to change the name of the document for the app users
In the next screen click on ‘Change’ option available beside ‘Name and Description’
Change the ‘Display Name’ as needed, this is what the app user will see in the FPA app irrespective of the document name in the Admin dashboard or the current name of the document shown in Ubiquity dashboard (CMS Name)
NOTE: When the document name is changed in the FPA Admin dashboard, CMS name updates automatically in the Ubiquity dashboard (fyi, vice-versa is not designed to work) but the Display name remains the same as when the document was first created. This was intentionally designed this way as a feature request by BBraun. The primary use case for this feature was that hospitals now had the opportunity to save the document name as they wanted for their administrative purposes, for eg: “D51: Allergy”, while keeping it the same for the app user, i.e., app user will still see the document name as, for eg: “Allergy” instead of “D51: Allergy”.As mentioned earlier, you have the option to edit the CMS name as well if you need in the Ubiquity dashboard but it will not automatically update in the FPA admin dashboard.
After all the changes, go to ‘Publishing’ and publish the latest version of the document you have just created
