5.1 Registering for the patient app

Outline

This outlines the series of steps to register into the For Patient Ap and to create an account.

STEP 1: How to receive the registration code

To start with the registration in the For Patient App, have the registration code and the app installed on your device from the stores. Launch the device for the first time and reach the registration page. Refer the below screenshot:

STEP 2: Navigate to the Registration page

Install the For Patient App from the Play Store or App store and this should navigate to the Register page. If this is being navigated to the Login page first then make sure to click on “Register now” to create a new account.

STEP 2: Enter Invite code

Enter the Invite code received over an email and click on “Continue”.

STEP 4: Fill in the Account details

Enter the email address and make sure to select a good password meeting all the required conditions. Scroll down to agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

STEP 5: Review and accept Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

1. Scroll down after the above-mentioned step and you would be able to see an option called “Terms of Use” from which the patient app user can open to view the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Read the agreements by opening it in a new modal.

2. Finally, click on the “I agree to all the Privacy Policies”, “I agree to all the Terms & Conditions” and “ I agree to allowing this service to track my details” checkboxes to agree.

3. Now, click on Register to complete the Patient app user registration.

STEP 6: Creating the Account

You will now receive a Verification Code in your email.

1. Enter your verification code and confirm to finalize the creation of the account.

2. Click on Register, you will receive a Success: Registration completed message
