Inviting New Users

A site administrator can invite new users so they can register onto the IDM and access Carbon Editor and Ubiquity Dashboard to manage and publish their content for the product.

To invite a new user follow the steps below

  1. From home page click on Users

  2. In the users list scroll down to the bottom of the page

  3. Click on view user invitations

  4. In the invite users list click on Invite a new user (Here you can also see the status of past invitations and their expiry date)

  5. In the page enter your email, add the right groups and role (See groups, roles, and policies to know more)
