This outlines the steps for existing users (Hospital Admin/Professional Users) to log into the dashboard successfully.

STEP 1: Enter your details on the login page

Once on the login page, enter the valid e-mail address and password you used to register for your Hospital Admin/Professional User dashboard account. Click the “LOGIN” button like shown below.

STEP 2: Enter the verification code

Next, enter the 6-digit verification code sent via SMS to your nominated phone number, as shown below. Click the “LOGIN” button. This will direct you to the dashboard homepage.
