Pages Overview

Pages are the building blocks of Content Editor Documents.

An individual Page cannot belong to more than one document.

Content is created and edited on a page-by-page basis.

Page Navigation

To access an individual page:

1. Log in to the Content Editor.
   You will be taken to the Organisation View for your current Organisation.
2. Under the Spaces heading, click the relevant Space's name.
   You will be taken to the Space View for that Space, which contains a comprehensive list of the Document Categories within the Space.
3. Under the Document Categories heading, click the relevant Document Category's name.
   You will be taken to the Document Category View, which contains a list of the Documents within the category.
4. Click the name of the Document.
    You will be taken to the Document View, which contains a list of the Pages within the Document.

All users with access to the Space can use the Preview action to view the page in it's current state, including the HTML Theme selected at the Document level.

Admin and Editor users can also use the Edit Content action to edit the page content using The Content Editor Tool.
