This page will guide you through the steps of navigating to the Content Documents and then how to create a documentThis section provides a guide and instructions for managing Documents in the dashboard.
STEP 1: Navigate to
Youryour Documents
Select the Content “Content” menu option from the left menu panel on the left of the dashboard screenin the Dashboard. Click on “Documents from ” in the drop-down on the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. Click on a document from the list for the next step.
STEP 2: Review

You Here you can review the details of the document on this page Document by clicking on any of the documents from in the main document list.
STEP 3: Create
New documentYou can alwaysa new Document
To create a new document using the option Document, click the “New” with the drop-down present on the button in the top right corner of the page to view a drop-down menu.
STEP 4: Add Document Details
We can Next, start filling adding the required details Details in the field:
In the Details section, we can start adding Title of the document, Description of the document, Language required, and Status field will have the option to :
Publish Document once created: If fields including the document Title, Description, Language, and Status.
There are two Status options to choose from:
Select “Publish document once created” if you want the document to be published.
Select“Don’t publish document: If ”if you don’t want the document not to be published.
STEP 5: Add Content to a Document
We Here you can attach the required PDF content to the document in this field Document.
Upload the required file in this field.
The Content Menu
Click on the “Click or drag the file…” option to begin the process of uploading the PDF. This will open a dialogue box to find
athe PDF on your computer. Select the desired PDF and
thenclick upload
it.
Choose thisOr click the “Download Templates” option to download a Word.docx file
which you can use as atemplate to generate a standard PDF formatted document.
STEP 5A: ReviewNext, review your uploaded PDF
to make sure it is the correct file. Click the next arrow to continue.
STEP 6: Review the
details of the created documentThe final category Review would help us to review the whole summary of the document or formDocument
Here you can Review the Document details with the attached content. Press the back arrow if you want to change make any details. Click changes.
Once reviewed, click on the “Save”button to create a the new documentDocument.
STEP 7: Preview
the added documentYou can preview the document by openinga Document
To preview a document, click on a document in the “ContentSection. This would display the document you have added. ”section. Click on the Open icon to open and preview the document.
STEP 8: Editing the Document
.Click on the ‘Edit’ option onTo edit a Document, first select it from the document list, then click on the “Edit” option in the top-right corner to edit the document where you can make the necessary changes and save the document.

STEP 9:
Deleting theDelete a Document
Click on the ‘Dustbin’ from the top right corner of the page. This is to delete a document and will prompt a warning modal.

To delete a document, select the document you want to delete from the main list and click on the Bin icon, as shown below.
STEP 10: Publish/ Unpublish

You can Publish /or Unpublish the document using the option present on Document by selecting the icon in the top right corner next to the Bin icon, as shown below.
Note: Published documents Documents are visible on pathways Pathways whereas unpublish Unpublished documents are not.
STEP 11: Filtering the document
You can filter the documents from the main list using the language filter as shown in the below screenshot:
