This section provides step by step instructions on how to share and view files from individual patients.

STEP 1: Navigate to Files

Select thePatients” menu option from the menu panel on the left of the screen. Click on the individual patient from the patient list and click onFilesoptionfrom the sub menu to share/view files.

STEP 2: Add Files

Click on the +(Add) icon in the top right corner of the screen to bring up the File creation wizard.

Click ‘I agree’ to complete the process and share the file with the individual patient.

STEP 3: View Files

In the “Filessectionfrom the sub menu you can view the files you shared with the patient as well as any files the patient might have shared with your organisation.

To view a File, first select it from the file list, then click on the ‘View File’ icon option in the top-right corner of the File details card. You will be navigated to a new browser tab to preview the file or it will be automatically downloaded for viewing depending on the file type and browser settings.

STEP 4: Edit Files

To edit a File, first select it from the file list, then click on the ‘Edit’ (pencil) icon option in the top-right corner of the File details card.

NOTE: Dashboard admins can only edit the file if it was created/uploaded by them. Files shared by the users (Patient) cannot be edited by Dashboard admins.

STEP 5: Delete Files

To delete a File, first select it from the file list, then click on the ‘Remove’ (bin) icon option in the top-right corner of the File details card.

NOTE: Dashboard admins can only delete the file if it was created/uploaded by them. Files shared by the users (Patient) cannot be deleted by Dashboard admins.
