A Private App is an app that has login enabled. Having login enabled also means that links are available for Forgotton Password and even Getting Started (or onboarding). A Private App registers users who are then registered to the app's entry in the Ubiquity Dashboard where a Ubiquity user can message individual users, distribute content to select users or even group users based on similarities.
