Outline

This outlines the settings page of the app and more information on the app information of the settings page.

STEP 1: Navigate to the Settings page from the home page of the app

Log in to the app and reach the Home screen. Click on the Settings icon on the home page present on the top-right corner.


STEP 2: Navigate to My Profile page

You can see “My Settings” and “App information” on My profile page as shown below.


STEP 3: Change Password

You can click on the “Change password” option from “My settings” and you will be able to change the password of the app from the settings page. To change the password, please refer the below steps:

  1. Enter the old or the current password of the app

  2. Enter the new password which meets the password requirements

  3. Confirm the new password

  4. Click on “Chane password” button


STEP 4: Set Procedure date

From the settings page, click on the “Set my procedure date” option. Doing this, important information and reminders will be received before and after your procedure.

The date is selected using the date picker tool. Click on the “Set Procedure date” button now. You will see the message “Success: Procedure date has been set”. The changes made will be reflected on the home page.


STEP 5: Update Customer Journey

  1. Using this option, the patients can transition themselves manually between Pathway Stages within the Mobile Apps. On clicking “Update Patient journey”, you can view the list of pathways that the patient is assigned to. You can select the right arrow button next to the pathway where you would want to update the patient journey.

2. On selecting the pathway using the right arrow button, you would be able to see all the stages of the pathway with your current stage being checked.

As a patient, you can always update the pathway by proceeding to the next stage. Click on “Proceed next stage” as shown in the below screenshot:

3. You would now receive a pop-up that would ask for the patient’s confirmation to proceed to the next stage.

3.1 The user will be able to view the content that is upcoming, on proceeding to the next stage by clicking on “My Content”.

3.1.1 This would navigate the user to the “Library” page of the app where you would see the content relevant to the current stage of your pathway under “Current stages”.

3.1.2 From the library page of the app, you can view two option: 1) Current Stages 2) Entire Journey

Select “Entire Journey” and you can view the list of pathways assigned to the patient. You can select the pathway you would want to update using the right arrow button.

3.1.3 In doing so, you would be able to view the stages with its relevant content. You would be able to view the upcoming content if you wish to proceed to the next stage.

3.2 Once you view the content and sure to update the journey, you can click on “Update Customer Journey”.


STEP 6: Access and review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

You can click on the “View Terms and Conditions” and “View Privacy Policy” to view and access the terms of use that you had initially accepted on registering into the app.

View Terms and Conditions:

On clicking this option, you can review the terms and conditions that you agreed on (one document for global and another document for hospital admin) with the history of acceptance as shown below:
