7.3 How to create a new hospital and invite a new hospital admin-Super Admin

Outline

This outlines the features and functionalities of Super Admin users. has access to the dashboard and is responsible for administering the solution as a whole and managing overall access to the solution.

STEP 1: Super Admin-Navigate to Hospitals

Login to the dashboard as a super admin user. From the dashboard, select the Administration menu option from the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. Click on the Hospital from the drop-down on the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. This would list all the hospitals.


STEP 2: Super Admin-Create a new hospital

Click on the “New Hospital” button which is located on the top-right corner of the page to create a new hospital.


STEP 3: Super Admin -Fill in the details

  1. Fill in the Hospital details and Hospital admin details as shown below:

 

2. In the next step, you can add pathways by clicking on the “Add Pathways” button. You can select the pathways from the modal that pops-up and click on “Add”. You can edit and copy the added pathways. As a Super Admin, you cannot see Pathways and Rules created by Hospitals.

3. The final category Review would help us to review the whole summary of the hospital.

4. Press the back arrow if you want to change any details. Click on the Save button to create a new hospital.


STEP 3: Super Admin-View the Hospital details

You can view the details of the hospital by clicking on any hospital. You can view the:

  1. Dashboard setup details- app-admin details

  2. The Procedure pathways that are added

Note: Following the above steps, SA users must be able to invite a Hospital Admin at the same time by specifying their name and email address.

An invitation email with a code will be now sent to Hospital Admins.


Step 4: Super Admin-Edit the Hospital details

You can edit the hospital details by clicking on the “Edit” button available on the top-right corner while viewing the details of any particular hospital as shown in the below screenshot:

The edit button would let you edit the Hospital details, add or delete pathways and you will be able to review the changes and save it.


Step 5: Super Admin-New patients cannot be invited as a SA user

If you have logged in as a super admin, then you won’t be able to see the “New Patient” button to invite the new patient and you won’t be able to view any information of the patients. Refer the below Screenshot:
