  1. From the login url of IDM

  2. Click on I need to reset my password

3. Enter your email address to get a verification code

4. You will get a code in the email.

 

Once you get the code, you enter the code and enter a new password and confirm the new password (Please make sure that the password follows the instruction). Once you do you will be able to login using the new password.
