This outlines the different types of FPA dashboard users and the differences between them

Patient Information

Can not see Patient information

  • Can create patients

  • Can see patients personal information

  • Hospital admin users will only see Patients related to their Hospital

  • Ability to edit the patient’s details

  • Can see patients personal information

  • Professional users will only see Patients related to their Hospital

  • Ability to edit the patient’s details

On clicking the hospital name from the app menu, it would navigate to the hospital details page and displays the information entered by the Hospital admin user in the dashboard.

Hospital

Can create a new hospital

No permission to create a new hospital. However, permission to edit the app hospital content and app hospital details can be viewed by the app user.

No permission to create a new hospital

The hospital detail and their respective content can be viewed as an app user.

Content

Cannot see Content created by Hospitals

Can only see Content contained in Pathways shared with their specific Hospital and Content created by their own Hospital

Can only see Content contained in Pathways shared with their specific Hospital and Content created by their own Hospital

View hospital's featured content in Library>Currents stage

Users can view all the relevant content(documents/videos) that aligned with the different procedure pathways

Check-in>Current stages

Users can view all the relevant forms, questionnaires, tasks that aligned with the current stages of the journey.

Ad-hoc messages

Cannot see an option called Ad-hoc messages in the Super admin dashboard

Can only see the Ad-Hoc messages for Patients in my Hospital

Can only see the Ad-Hoc messages for Patients in my Hospital

Messages and alerts

The Patient user can see a list of Ad-Hoc Messages / Alerts / or Reminders that have been sent to his mobile device.

Procedure Pathway

  • Can create/edit/duplicate/delete new pathways and assign them to hospitals created by super admin users.

  • Cannot see Pathways created by Hospitals(i.e., edited/duplicated pathways done by hospital admin users)

  • Not be able to create a new Pathway

  • Can duplicate a Pathway assigned to my Hospital and then edit the copy. Hospital admin users can’t see any other pathways apart from the assigned pathways.

  • Not be able to create a new Pathway

  • Can duplicate a Pathway assigned to my Hospital and then edit the copy. Professional users can’t see any other pathways apart from the assigned pathways.

Library/Check-in>Entire Journey

The Entire Journey will display each Pathway with the Pathway’s Description. Each Pathway is separated by a thin grey line

Procedure Rules

  • Can create a new rule

  • Cannot see Procedure Rules created by Hospitals(i.e., edited/duplicated rules done by hospital admin users)

  • Not be able to create a new Rule

  • Able to see only the procedure rules of the pathways assigned to the hospital. You will be able to edit/duplicate the existing rules.

  • Not be able to create a new Rule

Calendar and Timeline

You can view all the events what a procedure rule is assigned to do here with the index date

Index Events

  • Can view/create/edit Index events

  • Cannot view Index events in the Hospital admin dashboard

  • Cannot view Index events in the Professional user dashboard.There won’t be an option called “Administration” in the dashboard for Professional users.

     

Calendar and Timeline

You can view the upcoming dates of the index events. The list is listed in order from index event that is soonest to index event that is most distant in time

Dashboard users

  • Can create dashboard users- hospital admin/professional user dashboard

  • Permission to create another hospital admin, professional user. Patients can be created which is an app user

  • No permission to create dashboard users. Patients can be created which is an app user. There won’t be an option called “Administration” in the dashboard for Professional users.
