Pages Overview

Pages are the building blocks of Content Editor Documents.

An individual Page cannot belong to more than one document.

 

Content is created and edited on a page-by-page basis.


 

Page Navigation

To access an individual page:

  1. Log in to the Content Editor.
    You will be taken to the Organisation view for your current Organisation.
  2. Under the Spaces heading, click the relevant Space's name.
    You will be taken to the Space view for that Space, which contains a comprehensive list of the Document Categories within the Space.
  3. Under the Document Categories heading, click the relevant Document Category's name.
    You will be taken to the Document Category view, which contains a list of the Documents within the category.
  4. Click the name of the Document.
     You will be taken to the Document view, which contains a list of the Pages within the Document.

 

Previewing and Editing Pages

All users with access to the Document can use the Preview action to view the page in it's current state.

Page previews use the Document's selected HTML Theme to render the page.

a page, navigate to the Document view for the document that contains the Page.

Under the Pages heading, locate the page. You can scroll through the list of pages, or simply search for the name of your Page.


 

Editing Pages

 

Admin and Editor users can also  can use the the Edit Content action to  action button in the Document view to edit the page's content using The Page Editor.
