Rules There are of two types of Rules:
Stage based rulesRules
Index Event rulesRules
On When creating a new pathway, the staged based rules and the index event rules are added. These Staged based Rules are added in two different steps while creating a pathway.
New pathway steps;
Step the following steps:
STEP 1: Add details - Title title of the pathway, description, and the language
Step STEP 2: Stages - You can add a number of stages here. Give a name to your stageStep Add and name the Stages
STEP 3: Here is where you can view and add the stage Stage based rulesRules. You can add rules Rules for every stage Stage that is created, and also for a any non-aligned stageStage.
Step STEP 4: Add Here you can add Index Events- Add the required Index event. Index Events are primarily used as a date marker and can be considered as a form of content.
Step STEP 5: Index Even rules- Here is where you can view and add the index event rulesIndex Event Rules. You can add rules Rules for every index event Index Event that is added for to the new pathwayPathway.
In the example below screenshot, Surgery and admission Admission are the Index events Events that were added in the Step STEP 4, for which the Index event rules will be added in Step which can now have Rules added to them in STEP 5.
