Switching Variations

As a Content Editor, you may want to to switch Variations from within the Page Editor and add / remove different content to different Variations.

To switch between Variations:

1. Ensure you have added Variations to the Space you're working in.
2. Navigate to the Page List from the Document List
   

3. Click on Edit Content next to the Page you wish to edit.

   If you can't see Edit Content next the Page you want to edit, make sure you're in the correct Variation.

4. In the Page Editor click the drop-down tab and select the alternate Variation.

   

   
   

   No content will be viewable by default because it hasn't been added to the given Variation.

5. You have now switched Variations from the Page Editor. You can now Show Content from other Variations, Add, Remove or Modify the content from within the Page Editor.
