PEP Health will transition you to the next stage of your pathway automatically in most cases, but if you would like to manually proceed to the next stage, follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to “My Profile” by tapping the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the Home screen.
2. Tap “Proceed to next stage in a pathway”.
3. A list of pathways will be displayed. Tap the Pathway you would like to transition to the next stage.
Now a list of stages will be displayed.Your current stage will be indicated by the blue circular checkmark. Under the current stage heading tap “Proceed to next stage”.
Please note, if you are in the final stage of a pathway you will not see the proceed to next stage button.
4. A message will now appear asking you toconfirm that would like to update your journey byproceeding to the next stage.Tap “Update my customer journey” to confirm, or “X” in the top-right corner to cancel.
5. Once your stage has been successfully changed, you will see a success message at the top of the screen.
