View and Manage Existing Users

A site administrator is able to view and manage existing users in IDM. These are the users who are able to access Carbon Editor and Ubiquity Dashboard to manage their content.

There are two things you can do.

1. View the list of existing users

2. Manage the list of existing users

View existing users list

1. From home page of IDM

2. Click on Users

3. You would see the list of users who have completed registration in the app.

4. The Is active status shows if the user has registered - Is active when it says true that means the user has registered in IDM.

1. View the users list

2. Click on View profile

Open

3. You will see the details of the app users

4. Here you can edit Roles, Policies, and Group memberships

5. Click on Edit Roles, Manage Policies, Manage Group memberships
