STEP 1: Navigate to User Profile from the dashboard
STEP 2: Select View Terms and conditions/ Privacy Policy
Click on “View Terms and conditions” or “View Privacy Policy” option to view and access the documents.
STEP 3: Navigating to the My Profile page
On clicking on any of the above options( View Terms and conditions or View Privacy Policy), this would navigate to the My Profile page where you would be able to view and access the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy with the history of acceptance consisting of language, type, and date accepted.

Note: As a Super Admin/Hospital admin on the My Profile page, you can click menu link to view the Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy in a modal popup window
The Super admin dashboard can view the global controlled docs only (1 for T & C and 1 for Privacy Policy)
The Hospital admin dashboard can view the global controlled docs and the hospital admin docs(2 for T&C and 2 for Privacy Policy)
