Outline
This page will guide you through the steps of navigating to the Content Tasks and then how to create, Delete, Publish/Unpublish Tasks.
STEP 1: Navigate to Tasks
Select the Content menu option from the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. Click on Tasks from the drop-down on the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. Click on a task from the list for the next step.
STEP 2: Review the task details
You can review the details of Tasks on this page by clicking on any of the tasks from the main tasks list.
STEP 3: Create a new task
You can always create a new task using
the option “New” with the drop-down present on the top right corner of the page.
STEP 4: Add Questionnaire Details
We can start filling the required details in the field:
In the Details section, we can start adding Title of the Task, Description of the Task, Language required, and Status field will have the option to :
Publish Task once created: If you want the task to be published
Don’t publish Task: If you want the task not to be published.
STEP 5: Add Content
We can attach the required .JSON content to the Task in this field.
Upload the required file in this field.
The Content Menu
Click this area to begin uploading your .json file. This will open a dialogue box to find a .json file on your computer. Select the desired .json file and then upload it.
STEP 5A: Review your uploaded .JSON
STEP 6: Review the created Task
The final category Review would help us to review the whole summary of the task with the attached content. Press the back arrow if you want to change any details. Click on the Save button to create a new task.
STEP 7: Edit Task
Use the ‘edit’ option to edit the task details and save the necessary changes.
STEP 8: Download the Task
You can download the created task using the “download” icon present under the “Content” as shown in the below image:
STEP 9: Delete Task
Click on the ‘Dustbin’ from the top right corner of the page. This is to delete a task and will prompt a warning modal. Pressing OK will delete the task.
STEP 10: Publish/unpublish Tasks
You can Publish/Unpublish the tasks using the option present on top-right corner.
STEP 11: Filtering the Tasks
You can filter the tasks based on language using the “filter” icon as shown in the below screenshot:
