Instructions

  1. Select the Content menu option from the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. Click on Forms from the drop down on the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. Click on a form from the list for the next step

  2. You can review the details of the form in this page. Click on the individual from the top right corner for the next step

  3. From the modal that pops up, search and select the users you want to give the access of the document and press Add. Select on the Group icon from the top right corner for the next step.

  4. From the modal, search and click on the groups you want to provide the document access to and then click on Add.

  5. Click on the ‘Dustbin’ from the top right corner of the page. This is to delete a form and will prompt a warning modal. Pressing OK will delete the form.
