The For Patient App (FPA) solution provides the ability to track the submission of patient data to the Spanish EVEREG hernia registry.

Tracking is managed by clinical or administrative staff via the dashboard by submitting the EVEREG form on behalf of the patient.

The submitted form is then stored as part of the patient's journey in an entry within their individual timeline.

Clinical, or administrative, staff are then able to review an individual patient’s EVEREG status by locating the most recently submitted form within the patient’s timeline.
