The following table outlines the different types of PEP Health dashboard users and the differences between them. It is important to understand the different dashboard users before registration and on-boarding.

Features

Hospital Admin (administrative staff)

Professional User (clinical staff)

App User (Patients)

Patient Information

  • Can create patients

  • Can see patients personal information

  • Hospital admin users will only see patients related to their hospital

  • Ability to edit the patient’s details

  • Responsible for sending data requests from App and Dashboard users to be be processed by the Super Admin.

  • Can create patients

  • Can see patients personal information

  • Professional users will only see patients related to their hospital

  • Ability to edit the patient’s details

  • Can make a request to have a copy of their personal data.

  • Can make a request to have their data deleted.

Hospital

  • No permission to create a new hospital.

  • However, has permission to edit the hospital content and hospital details in the app.

  • No permission to create a new hospital.

  • No permission to edit the hospital content or hospital details in the app.

  • Can view hospital details and their respective content.

Content

  • Can create content

  • Can only see content contained in pathways shared with their specific hospital, and content created by their own hospital.

  • Can create content

  • View hospital's featured content in Library > Current Stage

  • Users can view all the relevant content (documents/videos) that align with the different procedure pathways in Check-in > Current stages

  • Users can view all the relevant forms, questionnaires, and tasks that align with the current stages of the journey.

Direct Messages

  • Can only send and see the Direct Messages for Patients in their hospital.

  • Can only send and see the Direct Messages for Patients in their hospital.

Messages and Alerts

The App User can see a list of Direct Messages / Alerts / or Reminders that have been sent to their mobile device.

Pathway

  • Can create a new pathway and edit pathways created by the hospital.

  • Can view pathways assigned to their hospital from a Super Admin, but cannot edit them.

  • Can duplicate a pathway assigned to hospital and then edit the copy.

  • Can create a new pathway and edit pathways created by the hospital.

  • Can view pathways assigned to their hospital from a Super Admin, but cannot edit them.

Library/ Check-in > Entire Journey

The entire journey will display each pathway and pathway’s description.

Rules

  • Can create a new rule and edit rules created by the hospital.

  • Can view rules assigned to their hospital via a Pathway from a Super Admin, but cannot edit them.

  • Can duplicate a Rule assigned to the hospital and then edit the copy.

  • Can create a new rule and edit rules created by the hospital.

Calendar & Timeline

Can view all the events that have been triggered chronologically, and upcoming dates of Index Events.

Index Events

  • Can view/ create/ edit Index Events for their hospital only.

  • Can use Index Events within a pathway to trigger events.

  • Can only use Index Events within a pathway to trigger events.

     

Calendar & Timeline

Can view the upcoming dates of index events.

Dashboard Users

  • Permission to create another Hospital Admin, Professional User.

  • No permission to create other Dashboard users.

  • Patients can be created and invited to be an app of a hospital.
