This section provides a guide and instructions on removing health care provider from your care team in the app.
STEP 1: Navigate to your My Team
Tap the “My Team” menu option from the top 3 menu tabs on the Home page.
STEP 2: Removing your Health care provider
Tap the organisation from the list to reach the details page.
Click on the “Added“ button to reach the ‘Remove from My Team’ modal. Select the 'I agree to remove the organisation’ checkbox and tap the ‘Remove’ button to finish removing the organisation from your care team.
