Homepage Features

Using the top navigation, you can access the various functions and areas of the home screen which include:

1. Timeline: View a chronological record of your recent activity and events.

2. Messages: View all your communications with your care team, including personalised reminders and alerts.

3. My Team: Find your health care providers including facilities and contact information, add them to your care team and more.

4. My profile: Manage your user account and personal data and access important app information.

5. Refresh button: Refresh the page and make sure the latest information is being displayed.
