6.2 Scheduled

STEP 1: View Scheduled Message List

Select the Ad-hoc Messages menu option from the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen. Click on scheduled from the drop-down on the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen.

All Scheduled Messages can be viewed as a list showing Language / Type/ Date Sent / Audience / and Message Title. The Audience names will be de-identified as per security guidelines.

STEP 2: Review the Scheduled Messages

You can review the details of the Message on this page by clicking on one of the messages in the list. You can review the details of the Message on this page with the Sent date Timing, Attached Content (if there are any), and Individuals to whom the message is sent.

Note: As a Hospital Admin, you can only see the Ad-Hoc-Scheduled messages for Patients in your Hospital
