This section provides a guide and instructions on adding health care provider to your care team in the app.

STEP 1: Navigate to your My Team

Tap the “My Team” menu option from the top 3 menu tabs on the Home page.

STEP 2: Adding your Health care provider

General Method

Tap the “+ Add to My Team” button and search for the health care organisation you would like to add by typing their name in the search bar.

Manually searching for a Health care organisation

From the search results, tap on the organisation to reach their details page and add them to your care team.

Tap on the “+ Add“ button and select

  • I agree → if you would like to connect with the organisation and share your details. This allows you to share Files with the organisation and the vice versa. It also allows the organisation to send direct messages, add you to care pathways and perform other similar actions to aid you on your health care journey.

  • I don’t agree → if you would like to just add the organisation to your care team without sharing your details. This restricts the organisation from sharing any files with you, send direct messages, add you to care pathways and perform other similar actions to aid you on your health care journey. You would still be able to access general contact information and any content the organisation has made publicly available.

Once you make a selection, you will be redirected to their details page where the “+ Add” now changes to greyed out Added button. This confirms that the organisation has been added to your care team and you should be able to see it under ‘My Team’

Using a unique “Code“

Tap the “+ Add to My Team” button and search for the health care organisation you would like to add by typing in the unique code you received from the health care provider via email in the search bar.

From the search results, tap on the organisation to reach their details page and add them to your care team.

NOTE: Sometimes you may see a splash screen with some instructions before you reach the details page and continue adding the organisation to your care team. This depends on if there are any branding configurations done by the organisation on PEP Health. The splash screen should automatically disappear after a few seconds and take you to the organisation’s details page, where you can continue with adding the organisation to your care team.

Tap on the “+ Add“ button and type in the unique code if you had manually searched for the organisation in the search bar before. If not, unique code should auto-populate in the ‘Add to My Team’ modal as shown below. Select

  • I agree → if you would like to connect with the organisation and share your details. This allows you to share Files with the organisation and the vice versa. It also allows the organisation to send direct messages, add you to care pathways and perform other similar actions to aid you on your health care journey.

  • I don’t agree → if you would like to just add the organisation to your care team without sharing your details. This restricts the organisation from sharing any files with you, send direct messages, add you to care pathways and perform other similar actions to aid you on your health care journey. You would still be able to access general contact information and any content the organisation has made publicly available.

Once you make a selection, you will be redirected to their details page where the “+ Add” now changes to greyed out Added button. This confirms that the organisation has been added to your care team and you should be able to see it under ‘My Team’

NOTE: Sometimes you may see a few onboarding screens with some general information and instructions that may you need to swipe/click through before you reach the details page and finish adding the organisation to your care team. This depends on if there are any branding configurations done by the organisation on PEP Health.
