This section outlines how a Hospital Admin user can invite other Hospital Admin or Professional Users to the solution. The Hospital Admin is responsible for administering the solution as a whole and managing overall access to the solution.
STEP 1: Navigate to Dashboard User
Log in to the dashboard as your Hospital Admin user. Select the “Administration”menu option from the left menu panel. Next, click on “Dashboard User” from the drop-down menu. Now you should see a list of all dashboard users.
STEP 2: Invite a new Dashboard User
Click on the “New Dashboard User” button located in the top-right corner of the page to create a invite a new dashboard user.
STEP 3: Select User Type and fill in the details
Select a “User Type“ - Hospital Admin or Professional User
Fill in the details of the dashboard user you wish to invite
Next, Review the details and click “Submit Dashboard Invitation” button to finish inviting a new dashboard user.
STEP 4: Edit dashboard user details
You can edit hospital details by clicking on the “Edit” icon in the top-right corner when viewing the dashboard user’s details.
The Edit icon/button will let you edit the First name, Last name or Phone number of the dashboard user, review any changes and save the new details.
