9.2 Change Password

This gives the step-by-step procedure to change the dashboard password.

STEP 1: Navigate to User Profile from the dashboard

Open

STEP 2: Select Change Password option

Click on the “Change Password” option if you wish to change the password ever.

STEP 3: Change your password

On clicking the “Change password” option, you would receive a prompt to enter your old password and the new password. Doing this, you would be able to change the password.

STEP 4: Click on “Submit”

You can now click on submit and your password will be changed successfully following the above steps. This would take you back to the login page and you should be able to login with your new password into the dashboard.
