3.2 Overview of Patients

Outline
This outlines the created patients' information with the required details. This can be accessed only by Hospital Admin and Professional users.
Instructions
STEP 1: Overview of the created patient
You can see the basic details of the patient here like name, contact details, and address as shown below in the Overview wizard.
STEP 2: Form Results
Next, the Dashboard User will then select the Form Results option from the inner menu to view a list of forms submitted by that Patient, and review the forms, You can view the responses and then calculate the results accordingly.
You can also add new forms by clicking on the “+” icon on the top-right corner, enter information, and click on submit.
STEP 3: Questionnaire Results
The Dashboard User can select the Questionnaire results option from the inner menu to view a list of questionnaires submitted by that Patient, and review the questionnaire, You can view the responses and then calculate the results accordingly.
You can also add new questionnaires by clicking on the “+” icon on the top-right corner, enter information, and click on submit.
STEP 4: Task Results
The Dashboard User can select the Task results option from the inner menu to view a list of Tasks submitted by that Patient, and review the tasks, You can view the responses and then calculate the results accordingly.
You can also add new tasks by clicking on the “+” icon on the top-right corner, enter information, and click on submit.
STEP 3: Journey
In the Journey section, the dashboard user will be able to view the pathways of the patient with all the index events that belong to the pathway.
When the user clicks the Journey sub-menu item from the named Journey menu they see the page below with the following cards

Named Surgery Pathway
This card on the Named Pathway view page is a non-editable card.
The transition UI buttons enable the dashboard user to is used to progress to the next stage.
TRIGGER UI button enables the dashboard user to trigger the Rule action manually.
On clicking transition, there is a modal message being displayed which states that the transition of this stage wouldn’t trigger the rules in the current stage. Refer the below screenshot:
Index Event-Triggered Rules Card
This card would display all the index events scheduled.
If the Dashboard user clicks on Edit Journey Index Events UI button as shown in the below screenshot they are taken to the target Patients Journey Index Events edit screen
On clicking the “Edit journey index events” below page is displayed where you can change the date for the index events or add pathways and make sure to save the changes.
Details Card
This is again a non-editable card which shows the details of the stage you are in.
STEP 4: App access
The invitation can be sent again to the unregistered patients by using the “Resend invite” button. The account can be activated/deactivated as well.
The dashboard user has the permission to activate/deactivate the patient’s account.
STEP 5: Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
You would be able to see which documents were accepted by the patient users along with acceptance history here.
Click on the “Read Mobile app Global Terms of Use” button to preview the Terms and conditions.
Click on the “Read Mobile app Global Privacy policy” button to preview the Privacy policy.
STEP 6: Edit Hospital details
The Hospital Admin user and Professional User has the ability to edit the patient’s details. Choose the patient that you want to edit. Click on the “Edit” button present on the top-right corner. You can make the necessary changes and “Save” it.
