Adding UCID to the Patients

This page talks about how to add the UCID to the pathways which is assigned to the patients.

Editing the Patient’s journey to add the UCID

1. Click on the existing patient for whom you need to add the UCID under their pathway as shown in the screenshot below:

2. Go to the Journey section of the patient and click on the “edit” button as shown in the screenshot below:

3. Now add the valid UCID here in the UCID box and click. on “save changes”

This will let you update the UCID for the pathways that is assigned to the existing patients.

Adding UCID to the Journey pathways while creating a new patient

1. Go to patients section of the dashboard and create a new patient using the button “New patient”

2. Enter all the basic details of the patient as shown below:

3. Now go to journey section of the dashboard, add the procedure pathway using the “Add procedure” button. After which, you can add the UCID value in the UCID section as shown in the below screesnhot:

4. You can see the UCID value in the review section of the dashboard as shown in the below screenshot. Click on the next step and create the patient now by adding UCID for their pathways.

What happens on adding the invalid UCID?

On adding the invalid and random UCID as shown in the below, the dashboard would throw an errror as shown in the below screenshots:
