Manage Organisation Spaces
Organisation Admins can create, delete, and manage the Spaces within their Organisation.
All of the Spaces within an Organisation are listed under the Spaces heading within the Organisation Admin View.
Access the Organisation Admin View
To access the Organisation Admin View for an Organisation:
- Click your current Organisation's name in the top navigation bar.
- If you are part of more than one Organisation, choose the relevant Organisation from the list under Swap Organisation.
- Under Administer Organisation, click the Settings link.
Create a Space
To create a new Space within your Organisation:
- Click the Create a Space button.
- Give the new Space a Name, then click the Save button.
The Space will be created, and will be listed within the Organisation Admin View.
You can continue to add users to the Space, and configure the Space's administration options.

Delete a Space
To permanently delete a Space:
Locate the relevant Space list of Spaces within the Organisation Admin View.
- Click the arrow in the Actions column to open the Actions dropdown menu.
- Click the Delete button.
- Confirm you are certain that you wish to permanently delete the Space, including all the content it contains, by ticking the relevant box.
- Click the Delete button.
The Space will be permanently deleted from within your Organisation. All Document Categories and Documents contained by the Space will also be deleted.
Edit Space Details
To edit a Space's details:
Locate the relevant Space in the list of Spaces within the Organisation Admin View.
- Click the arrow in the Actions column to open the Actions dropdown menu.
- Click the Edit button.
- Make any relevant changes to the Space's details.
- Click the Save button.
