5.5 Messages and Alerts
STEP 1: Receive Notification
The app users should be logged in to the app and can see a new Message / Alert / Reminder show as a Notification on the phone. This requires an Ad-Hoc message to be created and sent to this patient from the FPA Dashboard. Tap on the Notification to be redirected to the Messages Page of the FPA App.
STEP 2: Navigate to Messages and alerts
Log in to the app and reach the Home screen. Click on the Messages and alerts on the home page or the notification from the menu bar as mentioned in the previous step.
STEP 3: View Messages/Alerts/Reminders
The Patient user can see a list of Ad-Hoc Messages / Alerts / or Reminders that have been sent to his mobile device.
STEP 4: Open the Message/Alert/Reminder
You can click on the particular message/alert/ reminder to see the complete details of it. This would open on a single page.
Once the Messages / Alerts / or Reminders are opening on a single page the user can select the button to open the message payload. This button is only visible if the Ad-hoc message was created with a document or link attached.
On clicking the above link it would navigate to the page where the video is present with the description as shown below:
