This outlines the step-by-step instructions regarding the home page and the important features included

Instructions

STEP 1: Home Page

Home Page is the landing page of the FPA mobile app. This describes the functions of the For Patient App. FPA Home page presents a simple and clear interface and introduces what the app is all about.


STEP 2: Procedure Details

The user will be able to see the procedure details in the upper section of the home page.

On clicking Procedure Details, it would display the correct and relevant Procedure information as shown in the below screenshot:

Note:

  1. If one pathway, show that in the Procedure Details.

  2. If multiple pathways, choose pathway with index events 

  3. If multiple pathways with index events, choose the one with the index event that occurs next

  4. If multiple pathways with the same index event occurring next, choose the latest assigned pathway 

  5. If no pathways with upcoming index events, choose the latest assigned pathway


  • The Procedure date shown on the app is accurate and it indicates the number of days left for the next index event to occur.

 

  •  The patient can see the stages remaining of their most recent pathway if the journey has no Index events


STEP 3: Features of FPA

The home page provides a quick connection to important features of the app like:

Calendar and Timeline

This provides complete information on appointments in a calendar view

  1. You can click on the “Calendar and Timeline” from the home page menu.

  2. You can click on the “Calendar” displayed at the bottom of the home page.

 

Check-in Forms

This includes the checklist, questionnaire, forms, and health tools

  1. You can click on the “Check-in Forms” from the home page menu.

  2. You can click on the “Check-in” displayed at the bottom of the home page.

 

Documet Library

More information is provided on the treatment and the patient’s condition

  1. You can click on the “Document Library” from the home page menu.

  2. You can click on the “Library” displayed at the bottom of the home page.

 

Messages and alerts

The patient can view the history of communication with the admin team and hospital.

You can click on the ”Messages and Alerts” from the home page menu.

 

Hospital De Barcelona

More information on the hospital, staff, parking, and the provided facilities. This is a great tool for the user to familiarise themselves with the hospital before the procedure.

You can click on the ”Hospital De Barcelona” from the home page menu.

 


STEP 4: Settings

The user needs to click on the Settings icon present on the top right corner of the page. Refer the below screenshot:

You can view, edit, update, and log out of the user profile in this section.

Change Password

User will be able to change the password here

Set my procedure date

User can set his own procedure date

Update customer journey

User can update the patient journey manually by selecting one of the pathways from the list

View Terms and Conditions

User will be able to view the terms and conditions

View Privacy policy

User will be able to view the privacy policy here

Delete Personal data

Users will be able to remove all the functionality of the app by removing the personal data and the app would no longer work doing so.

Send me a copy of my personal data

This would let the users view the data being recorded in the system. The data will be sent over an email in a .csv format
