9.3 View Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy

This section provides step-by-step instructions on how to view the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy in the dashboard.

STEP 1: Navigate to User Profile from the dashboard

Hover on your profile name in the bottom left corner of the screen, as shown below.

STEP 2: View Terms & Conditions/ Privacy Policy

Click on either the “View Terms & Conditions” or “View Privacy Policy” option in the menu to view and access the policy documents.

STEP 3: View your My Profile page

Now you will be directed to your “My Profile” page where you can view and access the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as well as the history of acceptance including the Language, Type, and Date accepted.

Note: As a Super Admin/Hospital Admin/Professional User, you can click the menu link to view the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy in a popup window in “My Profile”.

The Super Admin/Hospital Admin/Professional User dashboard can only view the global controlled documents (one for T&Cs, and one for Privacy Policy).
