Outline
This gives step-by-step instructions on how to create and edit the Content-Reminders.
Step 1: Navigate to Content-Reminders
Select the Content -Reminders menu option from the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen.
STEP 2: Review the details of Reminders from the main list
Click on a Reminder from the list to review the details of a particular reminder. You can review the details of the reminder with the Pathways using this reminder.
STEP 3: Create a New Reminder
You can always create a new alert using the option “Send” with the drop-down present on the top right corner of the page.
STEP 4: Add Reminder details
We can start filling the required details in the field which will be shown in the reminder preview as and when you are making some changes.
In the Details section, we can start adding Title of the reminder, Body of the reminder, Language required, and Action field will have the option to :
Do not publish the reminder- if you don’t want the reminder to be published once created.
Publish reminder once saved- If you want the reminder to be published.
Send notification only-send the reminder only as notification
Open content in the app- will be able to view the content of the reminder in the app
Open link to website- will be able to view and open the link in the website
STEP 5: Add Content
The content field contains the body of the reminder which would be displayed as an example on the mockup for you to see.
This also contains the Actions field which will have the option to:
Send notification only-send the reminder only as notification
Open content in the app- will be able to add and view the content of the reminder in the app.
On selecting this option, you would receive a pop-up wizard to select the content that needs to be added. Add the content.
The selected content will be again displayed on the mockup.
Open the link to website-
will be able to add the website link with the reminder so that the patients can view and open the link on the website.
The added website link is viewed on the mockup.
STEP 6: Review the details of the created reminder
The final category Review would help us to review the whole summary of the reminder before sending it to someone. Press the back arrow if you want to change any details. Click on the Save button to create a new reminder.
NOTE: If you click on “X” while creating the new reminder, you would receive an alert asking “Are you sure you wish to stop creating this reminder?” with two options” Continue Wizard” and “Exit”.
You can click on “Exit” if you wish to close the progress of creating the new reminder or click on “continue wizard” to continue with the progress.
STEP 7: Edit the Reminder
You can edit the alert using the “Edit Reminder” option present on the top-right corner. You can make the necessary changes and save it.
STEP 8: Delete Reminder
You can delete the reminder in two ways:
Click on the trash button present ton top-right corner of the reminder as shown in the below image. A Prompt message would be displayed. Pressing OK will delete the message.
2. Select the reminder which needs to be deleted from the main list and click on the trash button as shown in the image below and a prompt message would be displayed. Pressing OK will delete the reminder.
STEP 9: Filtering the Reminder
You can filter the reminder based on language and source using the “filter” icon as shown in the below screenshot:
