Outline
This gives step-by-step instructions on how to create and edit the Content-Alerts.
Step 1: Navigate to Content-Alerts
Select the Content -Alerts menu option from the menu panel on the left of the dashboard screen.
STEP 2: Review the details of Alerts from the main list
Click on alert from the list to review the details of a particular alert. You can review the details of the Alert with the Pathways using this alert.
STEP 3: Create a new alert
You can always create a new alert using the option “Send” with the drop-down present on the top right corner of the page.
STEP 4: Add alert details
We can start filling the required details in the field which will be shown in the alert preview as and when you are making some changes.
In the Details section, we can start adding Title of the alert, Body of the alert, Language required, and Staus field will have the option to :
Do not publish the alert- if you don’t want the alert to be published once created.
Publish alert once saved- If you want the alert to be published.
STEP 5: Add Content
The content field contains the body of the alert which would be displayed as an example on the mockup for you to see.
The Action field will have the option to :
Send notification only-send the alert only as notification
Open content in the app- will be able to view the content of the alert in the app.
On selecting this option, you would receive a pop-up wizard to select the content that needs to be added.
The selected content will be again displayed on the mockup.
Open the link to website-
will be able to add the website link with the alert so that the patients can view and open the link on the website.
The added website link is viewed on the mockup.
STEP 6: Review the details of the created alert
The final category Review would help us to review the whole summary of the alert before sending it to someone. Press the back arrow if you want to change any details. Click on the Save button to create a new alert.
NOTE: If you click on “X” while creating the new alert, you would receive an alert asking “Are you sure you wish to stop creating this alert?” with two options” Continue Wizard” and “Exit”.
You can click on “Exit” if you wish to close the progress of creating the new alert or click on “continue wizard” to continue with the progress.
STEP 7: Edit the alert
You can edit the alert using the “Edit alert” option present on the top-right corner. You can make the necessary changes and save it.
STEP 8: Delete alert
You can delete the alert in two ways:
Click on the trash button present ton top-right corner of the alert as shown in the below image. A Prompt message would be displayed. Pressing OK will delete the alert.
2. Select the alert which needs to be deleted from the main list and click on the trash button as shown in the below image. A Prompt message would be displayed. Pressing OK will delete the alert.
STEP 9: Filtering the alerts
You can filter the questionnaire based on language using the “filter” icon as shown in the below screenshot:
