You may be required to upload and share some files so that your care team can keep up to date with your current health status. This is done through the files section of the app. Here, you may also find files shared by your care team with you to aid you on your health journey.

 

There are four different types of Files that you can upload/share between you and your care team:

  1. PDFs (.pdf) -

  2. Word Documents (.doc, .docx)

  3. Images/Pictures (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .avif, .webp)

  4. Videos (.mp4, .mov)

  1. Forms can be accessed by tapping the “Files” icon in the bottom menu.
